Leonor has advised clients in Trade and Customs for the last 20 years. Her clients are active in several fields as chemicals, beverage, steel, and aluminum. For her practice, Leonor has been nominated among the best lawyers for publications as Who’s who Legal (nominated as Thought Leader in Brazil), Legal500 and Chambers and Partners. She is a frequent speaker at conferences in her country and internationally.

She holds a Ph.D. in International Economic Law from the University Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Ph.D. in Economic Law from the University of Sao Paulo. She was a Visiting Scholar in the Doctoral Program of the WTO in Geneva. She is a former Director of International Trade of the Institute of Studies in Competition, Consumer, and International Trade – IBRAC and a current Officer at the International Bar Association. She is the author of the book Antidumping: Public Interest and Protectionism in International Trade (sold out).
