Leonor advises clients in both competition and international trade. Her clients are active in several fields as pharmaceuticals, internet/technology, beverage packaging, auto parts, payments industry, nutrition, chemicals, among others. In competition, she represents clients before Cade and Brazilian Courts. At Cade, she works in cartel/unilateral investigations and merger control. In International Trade, she represents clients in trade measures investigations, tariffs and customs issues. For her practice, Leonor was nominated among the best lawyers in Brazil and abroad by several specialized publications. She is author of various books and articles in competition law, consumer protection, and trade defense. Speaker at national and international seminars.

She holds a Ph.D. in Economic Law from USP and a Ph.D. in International Law from the Sorbonne. Bachelor and Masters of Economic Law from UFMG. Master of International Law, from Sorbonne.
